Oilers 4, Flames 2

17 Nov

The Flames were up by two and really outplayed the Oil in the first 20 minutes of this one. Edmonton had a good stretch in the second, but Calgary came on again in the third to try to put it away. They ended up losing 4-2 though.

I know what you’re all thinking…

  • Can you believe that the Flames had a two goal lead?
  • Did Smid come to play?
  • Did anyone tell them to change out of the WalMart pajamas before game time?

The answer to all of those, is ‘of course i/he/they did, but I’m/he’s/we’re used to disappointment.’
