So I’ve been away for a little while, and the Flames managed to lose three in a row while I was gone. From what I heard the Blues and Avalanche games were entertaining, while the Minnesota game was not.
Also the Flames traded for under-performing deferenceman Ladislav Smid. Since all they gave up was performing-as-expected bubble NHLer Roman Horak, I guess that counts as a win. Plus Smid is -45 over his career so that’s going to help us get scored on.
The race to last place is on Edmonton!
