Flames 2 – Kings 1 (SO)

20 Jan

Redemption! It wasn’t pretty, but the Flames managed to beat the “other brother Darryl.”

After L.A. scored that first goal, and Rob Kerr mentioned that the Kings had not lost this year at home when leading after one, I have to admit I lost faith completely. Well, I didn’t really have a lot of faith to begin with, so it wasn’t hard.

I thought that Blake Comeau and Lee Stempniak, both had good games for the Flames. Which is what you need with the likes of Tanguay, Moss, Glencross and others still out. And Stajan back in, that’s a liability. The good news is that they expect Tanguay to play on Saturday against the Oilers.

Loser brothers? Are you alejous that we have arguably the two best playmakers in the league right now? Just cause you guys are doing horrible this year doesn’t mean you have to hate on our top tier players.PS: You just lost 5-2 to the ISLANDERS. I suggest you convert ASAP[]
